MANNU MAHARAJ

The project envisioned the development of one of the first 3-star hospitality destinations in Sikandrabad. The program was designed to accommodate a diverse range of functions, including a 100+ seater restaurant, a banquet hall with a capacity of 150 guests, 15 well-appointed guest rooms, a disco club, and a rooftop dining experience. Executed in two phases over a span of five years, the project reflects a comprehensive and evolving design approach. Today, the hotel stands as a successful and well-recognized establishment within the town. A key design directive from the client was to achieve a low-maintenance facade. Responding to this, exposed brick was adopted as the primary material for the elevation, lending the building a timeless character while ensuring durability and ease of upkeep.
